GENERAL INFORMATION
What can a concierge service do for me? A concierge service can assist you in managing your personal and professional life. A concierge, or personal assistant,
is available to take care of all the endless to-do list items and run those time-consuming errands that you don't have time
for during your busy day. You can trust us to provide a wide array of support. With our assistance, your productivity at work will improve
and you'll gain time to spend with family and friends. Jen of All Trades gives you those extra
hours in the day you've been hoping for and the satisfied feeling of being caught up rather than always feeling like you're
always playing catch up. Jen of All Trades can help you with anything from planning a dinner party or your
child's birthday celebration. If gift wrapping isn't your favorite activity, call us to provide a power wrap session. No time
to shop for groceries or gifts? Provide us with your grocery list or the recipient's likes, dislikes, hobbies and favorite
things and a price range and we'll purchase the perfect gift, have it gift wrapped and even delivered for you. Perhaps you have an elderly family
member in our city and are unable to check on them. We can stop in to chat with them, stock their fridge and run errands for
them and report back to you about their wellbeing. Peace of mind is a valuable gift in itself. Business owners can benefit from our services in so many ways. Not
only can we help business owners free up their schedule by allowing Jen of All Trades to run
errands for them, but we can also provide these services for your employees. You know how crucial productivity is to your
business and that an employee who handles personal business on company time wastes valuable moments which can transform into

- In addition, I offer a waiting service for $15/hour or 3 hours for
$40. This is great for those times you have a delivery or service person scheduled an are unable to be home.
- Pricing does not include any purchase or payments made to outside vendors on behalf of client.
- Travel beyond 10 miles will be charged additional fee of $.50/mile.
- Rates are for one hour. Time beyond that one hour will be charged at 1/4 of hourly rate.
- If purchases are expected to be greater than $100 a deposit will need to be made and a credit card number on file.
- All pricing is subject to change. We are happy to negotiate pricing when feasible.

- Package Pricing based on our business hour rates of $25/hour. We are happy
to provide service to our retainer/package clients outside of our normal business hours but additional fees will apply.
- 24-48 hour notice is requested, but not required.
- Payment
for packages is due before any services will be rendered and will be charged via credit card every 30 days.
- Retainer clients receive priority over hourly clients as long as 24 hours notice is given.
- Package must be purchased and paid in advance by the last day of the previous calendar month.
- Ongoing monthly retainer fees must be pre-paid by the last day of the previous calendar month.
- Package time must be used within 30 days unless other arrrangements have been made.
- Each service request is subject to one (1) hour minimum.
- Packages
are not transferable.
- Any time incurred in excess of package hours will be billed
at normal hourly rates.
- Package does not include cost of merchandise, reimbursable
amounts or third party fees of expenses. These things are due and payable in full upon completion of service.
- If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service we require 24 hours notice. Failure to provide this
notice will result in the full price of the service being charged.
